I'm giving the Georgetown location 5 stars. I originally went to the Seaford location and got the worst cut I have ever had by Monica. Tracy offered to fix it and did a good job with the mess she had to deal with. I was also impressed that the environment was much different at Georgetown then Seaford. Georgetown the staff was friendly and very helpful with my situation. Tracy your doing a great job keeping you staff happy and it shows. Seaford on the other hand you can tell Monica has her staff on egg shells with her attitude rudeness and I personally witnessed her bulling a staff member. Maybe that's the reason they are always short staffed there. Esmaralda originally was my stylist at Seaford she was out for personal reason and I got stuck with Monica in December was worried about getting in her chair but she actually did a good job then went back in April and got the worst hair job ever. She is one of those that its a hit or miss. someone with 30 years experience should put the scissors down and find another occupation if you cant do better then that, See pictures below. I will also be writing a review at the Seaford location wish I could give minus 10 stars. As long as the district manager keeps cover Monica they will continue to get negative reviews
