I've used this company for multiple properties and each time the owner has kept me up to date with prompt emails on scheduling and job status. Post job concerns and hiccups were addressed and rectified quickly. Some of the larger and older tree companies in Sussex county have lost their way and their customer service has declined substantially. Coastland Tree Works is the exact opposite and is worth a look.

Coastland Tree Works just completed a huge pruning project for 28 trees and bushes on our property. The company is owner-operated by Spencer, a certified arborist. He does free estimates and quotes fair prices (especially compared to the large tree companies in Sussex County). He responded promptly to our inquiries, showed up on time, worked very hard all day, and cleaned up our whole yard and the street in front of it. We will definitely continue to use his services and recommend him confidently to others.
