Glen was my hero last Thursday! I was returning to DC from Dewey with my dog in the car when my car died. Upon Glen's arrival, I felt immediately taken care of & safe. He was professional, kind, patient, and went WAY above and beyond towing. He was dispatched to tow my car to an auto parts store where I was to buy & install a new battery. He first jumped my car & assessed what the issue was (he was correct!) and once it was drivable, he followed me to the shop (20 minute drive) and waited with my dog while I went to purchase the battery. My wife and I were stuck in Lewes at the ferry landing with a ruined rear motorcycle tire. With no shop open on a Sunday, we needed a ride back to Baltimore. Paul dropped everything and came and got us.
OMG.! my daughter was picking me up from the hospital in a giant blizzard and slid into a road sign . This phenomenal company picked me up at the hospital, drove to my daughter in a parking lot, towed my car, my daughter and me home. Gene, the nicest person ever was kind, funny, talkative helpful and sweet. WHAT service! Thank you💕💕💕
