I liked there quick response on a Sunday. They came loaded for bear fans of all types and sizes , dehumidifiers air scrubbers , I didn’t even know that there were such things, they had my basement dried out in no time and it was a flood down there. Thanks to the whole crew, if you have a water problem don’t even think about calling anyone else. Thanks guys and gals. Joe W
We had leaks from some windows that produced a little soft drywall and a few boards that need to be replaced. We thought we had a mold problem too. Greg from C & B carefully examined our problem areas and said there was no need of their services. Just to be sure he applied some anti-bacterial spray. Then, to our surprise, he said there was no charge: it was a free inspection. Hey, what's not to like with this company?
I'm impressed with this company. They are responsive and technically proficient. Their site remediator/manager, Manny, was a great communicator and worked hard to fix the problem at our house. I would use C&B again without hesitation.
