I liked there quick response on a Sunday. They came loaded for bear fans of all types and sizes , dehumidifiers air scrubbers , I didn’t even know that there were such things, they had my basement dried out in no time and it was a flood down there. Thanks to the whole crew, if you have a water problem don’t even think about calling anyone else. Thanks guys and gals. Joe W
The company came out the same night and they were quick. They assessed the damage, brought in their equipment and were in & out within about a week. They were a little too far out of their range to do the Reno work ( I wish they could have done the work) but they did a nice job getting us dried out and cleared all of the damage. They left no mess behind and treated my home with care. I was uneducated by the way mitigation worked but Chris gave me a phone call and explained it so that he could put my mind at ease and answer any questions I had in regard to payment. We had leaks from some windows that produced a little soft drywall and a few boards that need to be replaced. We thought we had a mold problem too. Greg from C & B carefully examined our problem areas and said there was no need of their services. Just to be sure he applied some anti-bacterial spray. Then, to our surprise, he said there was no charge: it was a free inspection. Hey, what's not to like with this company?
