I liked there quick response on a Sunday. They came loaded for bear fans of all types and sizes , dehumidifiers air scrubbers , I didn’t even know that there were such things, they had my basement dried out in no time and it was a flood down there. The company came out the same night and they were quick. They assessed the damage, brought in their equipment and were in & out within about a week. They were a little too far out of their range to do the Reno work ( I wish they could have done the work) but they did a nice job getting us dried out and cleared all of the damage. They left no mess behind and treated my home with care. I was uneducated by the way mitigation worked but Chris gave me a phone call and explained it so that he could put my mind at ease and answer any questions I had in regard to payment. I could tell that the company cares about its customers satisfaction by how responsive they are to my needs and also by answering any questions I had. I would recommend again and if I have a need in the future, I’ll definitely use them again. ( I wish they were closer to me)
We had back to back (within the same year) water damage events at my mother’s home in Fenwick Island and my family’s home in Selbyville. From our first interaction with the team over the phone, to the techs that showed up at our house and dried everything out, the experience was phenomenal. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and caring, and most importantly to us, we felt like we always knew what was going on with the project because the communication was great.
