“Bella Terra has been doing a terrific job for us in the Hailey's Glen community, a vast improvement over the company we previously used! Mike and Julio have been conscientious and responsive, going out of their way to address specific issues and to help us figure out what will work best in our neighborhood. As but two examples, our irrigation system is complicated and has never worked properly, but the Bella Terra crew has made a special effort to help us map it and figure things out. In addition, they went above and beyond in looking at the efficacy of robotic mowers, even though it's not in their contract.<br><br>I'm particularly unhappy to see a couple of bad reviews left here by misinformed residents. For example, one left a very negative review that was full of inaccuracies. Ironically, the photos accompanying the review proved it wrong. For example, several photos showed an area behind the backyard fence that is the owner's responsibility. Another showed weeds between the fences dividing her property from her neighbor's, which is their joint responsibility. Other photos purportedly show areas that were not mowed - but these are pictures of infiltration basins that are *purposely* planted with wildflowers and rain-garden vegetation, maintained by another company, and intentionally only mowed twice a year in order to maximize drainage control! Another review showed wet spots that are in no way the responsibility of Bella Terra.<br><br>As the HOA President, who sees these things up close and personal, I was very sorry to see these reviews. They indicate the opposite experience of the neighborhood as a whole. We've received multiple compliments on how good things look and praise for the plantings at the community entrance. Bella Terra has done a terrific job for us, and I recommend them highly!! Great company.”
