DryZone raises the "EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE" bar for their high quality services. I've used them for 5 years. The DZ technicians saved me from things like cracking/falling interior walls, 5 serious cracks in the house's foundation needing a vapor barrior, laying a waterproof floor and upgrading the old sump pump. This week Drew, the whiz DZ Team rep, came to perform a thorough annual checkup on all the work DZ had previously done, took various moisture level readings etc. and answered all my questions clearly. It is so comforting to have a company that really cares about its customers. [Thanks, Bill.]
My 40-year-old crawlspace is better than new! Thank you to DryZone for solving the problems I've been stressing about for years. 5 stars is not enough. I highly recommend them to my Delaware neighbors by the beach.
I've been with this company for a while. They have always proposed the best solutions for my water issues in my crawlspace. Service is also second to none. They take pictures and moisture readings and explain all of their findings so the homeowner can make the best educated decisions. This is their profession. They don't do pest removal, etc. They solve problems regarding basements, crawlspaces, and concrete. They are great people to know and have on your side. Thanks for everything Bill and Heather.
