Contacted the office concerning issue with wisdom tooth. Spoke with Jenette concerning the discomfort I was having and that I contacted the local Oral Surgeon and couldn't be seen for two months. Jenette went above and beyond found Oral Surgeon who seen me the very next day! Jennette you rock! Dr. Webster office is not just a dentist office but a FAMILY!!! Love you Jenette!

The office is fantastic. Kylie, the dental hygienist, was wonderful. The dentist I saw was new to practice. This was the first time I saw him. I liked him very much, very knowledgeable and explained everything.

Dr Webster is okay, the staff is not. Call the office and as often as not, it doesn't get answered. Leave a message and don't expect to get called back quickly. Fill out an email request for an appointment and never get a response.Dental Technicians are hit or miss - one I saw several times was good, the last one only saw me an hour after my appointment, barely cleaned my teeth, seemed annoyed I wanted to get a fluoride treatment, then only coated a few teeth with the paste.EDIT -Just read Sally Edwards review from about a year ago...I, too, had had no problem with my insurance, and then they said my insurance hadn't paid for the last few visits (but they... read full review
