I am a former massage therapist and this is my go-to place for massage - usually go once a month. Lulu and Lucy are excellent - superior technique and firm pressure. The reflexology and pressure point work (shiatsu like) are very therapeutic. The foot reflexology is fantastic; you get a foot soak at the beginning, hot stones and hot towels at the end. English is limited. This is not a spa (no private rooms, aromatherapy, or calming music) - massage is done with clothes on. You get the therapist who is 'up' next and I've rarely had anything less than a 'good' massage. Quick and easy to walk in; occasionally there can be a wait (rarely more than 30min).
Got a 20 min neck/shoulder from Lucy. I’ve paid 3x the money and had men who couldn’t massage me with as hard of a grip this woman gives. I’ve never had a massage be “too hard” for me until today. It was great! 😂
First time at the zone in the Dover mall. Got a combo foot and deep tissue massage. Walk-in service, 2 technicians, no sign in sheet, and wait could be up to 90 minutes. if you leave to walk around mall, you will lose your place. The lady who took care of me did a good job on the foot massage. The pace of the deep tissue body massage felt rushed. The massage tech used the pressure method and i'm more partial to motion massage. This is a clothes on establishment so you don't get a true massage experience. I would return for the foot massage.
