My husband and I used Debbie Cadwallader to help us find a home in Delaware. Debbie is one the most professional, caring and compassionate realtor I ever met. She goes above and beyond her duties to make sure you feel comfortable. Because we are not familiar with the town she voluntarily gave us a tour all around town, never felt pressured to buy anything nor rushed. She is always available on the phone or via email to answer all your questions. She pays attention to little details, which is so important when you making such important decisions of putting your house for sale or buying one.
