Emma was friendly and kind when I called to make an appointment! The facility is very clean and does not have an odor, unlike another facility I was considering. My therapist, Shawn, was very thorough in going over the MRI results and took his time determining where my pain was and the treatment that I would need. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

I do aquatic physical therapy there. It’s been a wonderful experience. I only work with three people there, Dan, Brian and Emma. They are the ultimate professionals! They’re extremely courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely care about their clients.
Also, although I’ve never met them, the people who have helped getting approvals from my insurance company have been amazing ! It’s taken so much burden off of my mind.
I can’t recommend this location enough!

Thank you to Sean who is my therapy at Premier I came from Florida in a rush to a family emergency and they took care of me so well I have gotten so much better and I’m proud of my accomplishments so Sean kudos to you thank you
