PMA has had such a huge positive impact on not only my kids, but my whole family! Not only are my kids learning self-defense, but they are learning important traits of good character throughout their training. When my daughter started just over a year ago, she was so nervous and quiet. Today, she competed in front of a crowd in multiple different divisions of an in-house tournament! Master Travis, Mrs. Sarah, Mr. Andrew, Mr. Ethan, and of course Mrs. Crystal are an amazing team who have created an atmosphere of support and encouragement for kids to meet their full potential.
