“The best place I have been for therapy.. Employers are very friendly and never rude and will talk to you and always has a smile on there face when you come in. I wouldn't go to no other place but here. Very clean and disinfect's everything after each use. Thank you all so much for everything you done for me.“
“The therapists are fine. Everyone is very nice, and very friendly. I was scheduled with a "primary" therapist who was leaving for vacation after my second visit, came back for a visit or two, and then left for two weeks. Consequently, my care has been extremely fragmented and basically I do the exercises on my own with the Therapist of the day checking in. I think the problem is I was scheduled with someone they knew would be going away, and so there is no continuity of care. This is administrative-- everyone there works very hard, and does the best they can. Again, I want to be clear the professionals and paraprofessionals are hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. This is an administrative issue that makes it hard for them to give the kind of care they all clearly want to provide. I'll update if things change.“

“I have been going to Premier for over a year, on and off. My therapist is , Steve Banaszak. He is wonderful. He is working with me now for the surgery on my torn rotator cuff surgery. He is caring, , respectful , explains all the different exercises and how they will get me back to a full recovery. I would recommend him highly or any PT need.“
