I am writing this review after almost 10 months as I wanted to see how does the quality and workmanship of this fine business sustain. And I have to say, I am very pleased with work performed by Bob and his team and the quality of cabinets/ finishing and the countertop. From the start to end, working with Bob was a seamless experience. He was able to provide me different options in all price range. The work was done is a timely manner. The workers who came to install were courteous. Great communication and wonderful office staff.
My wife and I replaced granite countertops and a 4-inch backsplash with quartz countertops and a full backsplash. We chose Mastercrafters in Dover, Delaware after visiting their office/showroom to look at samples. All contractors working on the project provided quality work. A new sink was included and we even got rid of a garbage disposal from under our sink replacing it with a normal drain pipe and cleanout. Mastercrafters did an exceptional job and we are happy to share it with others. We highly recommend them and their contractors.
MASTERCRAFTERS - what an incredible team! Beginning with our showroom experience of selecting a product to the final installation we were impressed and very pleased. In the showroom there was a genuine interest to inform us of the various types and grades of materials and give us a clear picture of how a particular product would or would not work in our kitchen and bathrooms. They even had one of the workers carry over from the manufacturing building a bathroom sink when we were trying to explain what we wanted. It was spot on and we knew then that they were listening and would be great to work with. Of course it was also a fair price that also worked well.
