You’re a great company who gives the best desk service along with delivery service! Your employees are friendly and courteous to you and your floral designers have never failed on any arrangements I’ve ordered, or received and that’s including fruit baskets! I’ve been ordering from you for 52 years which is hard to believe but also shows you’re a reliable florist!I I always recommend you keep up the good work and may your flowers always bloom!

Edit ---- Rachel saw my review and called me and she was so very sweet and so accommodating. They are going to create a different bouquet ( the picture online appears to be very pink, but it's actually not so it was a misunderstanding on my part really ) Delivery was fast. I've used this florist multiple times and I'm aware that they can't get the arrangements to look exactly like the picture online, but the order delivered today wasn't even close. I ordered this specific arrangement because my sister's favorite color is pink. The one's delivered were purple and red with a couple pink pieces. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Jen-Mor Florist and I have nothing but high praise for the store's entire crew! I found an arrangement on their website and I called to place the order. At the time, I stated that I had received very bad service from two other florists (elsewhere in the country) and that when the orders arrived, they were nothing like what had been advertised on their website. In a nutshell, Heather at the store listened to my concerns, addressed all of them, and assured me that everything would be as I requested. In the end, she proved to be 1000% right!
