Shopped at the JC Penney at the Dover, DE mall on Tuesday, August 12. Purchased a gold chain. Good selection, reasonable prices. Sheila, our salesperson, was wonderful. Pleasant, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient. Made the transaction easy & hassle-free. Penney's (and Sheila) will be our first choice for buying jewelry.
This JCP well the last time was there it was living hell customer was trying to fix something the line so long one cashier, beauty had a problem too was waiting for help and the main cashier had no one at it finally when back to customer service and waiting and another cashier was able to check me out but after me she left and poor person behind was left to wait. For the person and there 3 people working the customers issues that's not good that was a day had issued a coupon and a lot people are in the store. It's a good store but Boscovs has more cashier's
Great experience in the jewelry department. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a diamond ring at a super price, and it is beautiful. I returned this week to have another ring resized.
