Cashier was very helpful and friendly. I was able to find coupons online. Found everything my husband and I were looking for in summer clothes. We love St John’s Bay brand of clothing.
The online ordering was great. I was notified within an hour that my order was ready, for curbside pick up. When you arrive, you have a choice to use the JC Penney app, or .com. The associate came out with the order, in less than 5 minutes.
Kinda dying off. Not really their fault but more so the mall. Selections seem to be about the same but not much in the kids section, jewelry seems over priced, some clearance items, not really a go to place to shop. Women's clothes look ok tho. Just not too large a variety.
