Buyer Beware!! I wish that I could give ZERO STARS!! My son bought a car from this place and it’s been one lie after the other. They sold my son a car with bad brakes and no roof tabs. So, my son informed the salesman that on the way home his breaks were squeaking and that there was a lot of break dust on the rims…only to be told that it was all normal. When my son told them about the roof tabs, he was told that it would be handled…just to get a call the next day saying, “they can’t do anything about it.” Then had the nerve to direct my son to AUTO ZONE! I inquired about a vehicle on their site 3 times - no one called me so I decided I call them. Once I called and made an appointment to look at a vehicle, they were pretty friendly. I made the appointment for the day after. Being an hour 1/2 away I also called the day off to confirm. They said all is well and we're good to go. They even texted me and said looking forward to seeing you an hour before my appointment!I got there the scheduled appointment time and they had informed me the vehicle was sold. If I can give these people a 0 or lower, I definitely would. They used to be alright. That changed. Their current specialty is SEVERING good relationships and SABOTAGING sales. Their people lack accountability and become vicious when they can not screw a customer over. Their current general manager Vic is the most anti-social person. They value their own ego over even sales. Stay away from Mazda if you value decency, civility, and respect!
