I have been using Harr for the past couple years and I keep going because of the quality and timing is usually on point. And the couple times a mistake was made, they fixed without hesitation or challenge. That reassured my that I was using the right place. At least for me! However the puppies can be a bit much.

I am warmly greeted each time I come, I get questions about garments answered, get upfront prices of their services, and can pickup my items next day l! (No extra cost for quick turn around).
