Governors Avenue Animal Hospital has always taken excellent care of my dogs. My dogs, care prescriptions and nutrition have always been on time and available. Visits are on time not a lot of wait. Vets and techs are very informative and listen to you about pets symptoms and needs.
This was by far THE BEST experience I’ve had at Governors Avenue Animal Hospital. Being the owner of a rescue GSD has come with the discovery of more anxiety than I’d ever imagined. However the vet tech met us outside, as requested, greeted us, was gentle and calm, administered the vaccine after I placed the muzzle. When checking out I’d realized we were one month away from a distemper shot and the office worked with me to come out to the car and administer that shot so I didn’t have to get my senior dog hoisted back up into the car. I don’t even know her name, but she was amazing. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I’ve brought my pets to Governors Avenue Animal Hospital for years, so when I was back in town for an extended visit and my pup developed an ear infection, there was no doubt where we’d go.
