He was very thorough. He addressed parts of the filtration system I didn’t know needed to be checked. He found a problem there. I thought the ph level was off just from drinking the water. Didn’t pay attention to it. The part he fixed confirmed it was off because the soda ash was not being added correctly due to broken part.
