My family and I have been serviced by Dr. Rose and her team for several years. Most recently, I had an emergency with one of my molars. I immediately called and within a short time, received a response from them. Due to the complication of my tooth, they did not hesitate to refer me (make the call and the appointment) to another place. I was so pleased with their compassion and professionalism, they demonstrated in my time of need. This practice has been consistent with this from day one until now.

All over a good dentist beside them twice changing my appointment time after calling me when I said I couldn’t or I would call back if possible. Then getting confirmation texts of new appointment times on Saturday when I can’t call or do anything about it. Frantically changing my whole day to accommodate them only to get there and sit and wait until 5 minutes before original scheduled time.

Walked in greeted by smiles very friendly. As I sat and waited for my daughter listening to the ladies and guy talk on phones ,VERY friendly on the phones tothe patients. Thank you Mrs.Rose and her team for the friendly service we get every time we go.
