My co-founder and I used A Registered Agent Inc to handle the formation of two companies in Delaware -- a C-Corp and an LLC -- about 9 months ago.
The products included with the basic service are good to excellent, and more importantly, the customer-assistance folks were extremely helpful, always available by phone (during business hours) for extended calls, knowledgeable, and patient. They provide extraordinarily good service for such a low cost -- one of those rare times in the world when you get way more than you pay for.

I am extremely satisfied with the service. Throughout the entire process, from formation to management and dissolution, I had many questions, and the agents were always more than ready to assist. They are not only efficient but also exceptionally kind.
