“Love this place. They do a great job and have really good prices. They are a cash only business, so be prepared for that.”

“I’m a White male with medium but unique hairstyle and type. Went in after trying several barber shops in Dover and around the area and no one could achieve what I was looking for. All I ask for is a Sharp shape up, a Philly fade and blend the top with sides.. Not only did Normand deliver but I also found a new place to take my son for the freshest fade in Delaware period!”
