Super knowledgeable, informative and caring. It was obvious that she is passionate about what she does. My daughter was nervous, but Em was very patient and answered all of her questions and did a great job of making her feel comfortable. Emily definitely gained herself some loyal customers today; we won’t be doing business with anyone else moving forward.“
