You make appointments so you don't have to wait. They don't care if their running 30 minutes or more behind. It's 35.00 for gel and then when your ready to pay it's 40.00 because they charge you $5 to take the gel off. Why don't you just say it's 40.00

I made appt online for appt with Lu and when I got there was told he was on vacation. I specifically said I want him. Prices are a bit high compare to other nail salons. Plus I was charge additional $10 for doing my cuticles, even though she hit my cuticles with the drill bit several times.

Definitely a favorite nail spot. Great energy from the workers and the nail salon provides a welcoming aroma. Constantly recommending this place to others. Bre and Trina did an excellent job on me today. (Trina did my manicure Bre did a pedi.) They always provide me with good conversation and laughs. The wait is handleable since it shows how good of a nail salon it is!
