I highly recommend Nathan and his team for any plumbing needs. I had other company's out to try to figure out my plumbing issue and they could not figure it out. I was so frustrated. I asked a friend who they would recommend and they told me about Charles Moon. Nathan and Ray found the problem right away contacted Moen since it was a defective part from the manufacture. He was very informative with me regarding the status of the part when he would be receiving the part and getting on the schedule to replace the part. Top notch service all the way around!
