They cleaned exactly what I wanted, got to the edges of the carpet (I checked!) informative about other services they offer (but not pushy), and friendly. I was thrilled they could clean couches too- they removed the cushions and all sides were cleaned. They shared their cell phone number the morning of and said I could reach out any time.
