Bonnie was a straight shooter and took her time making sure to double check things before providing an estimate. They did a great job correcting things that hadn’t been done properly previously. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and to be able to support a local business.
When the gutter on the back of our house was damaged by a broken limb, we needed someone who could do the work quickly. James gave us a very reasonable estimate right away and we ended up replacing the gutters and having the fascia board wrapped for our entire house. We are so pleased with the result! James made great suggestions regarding gutter aesthetics, made some very practical changes to the configuration and location, and even took the extra care to attach our rain barrel and fasten our corrugated pipes. We highly recommend!
We had what looked like clogged older half-round gutters around our porch. The gutter caps were not working that well, and there looked like overflow stains coming down our siding. When contacting gutter contractors, we were advised to get new gutters at a very pricey cost. I needed some professional advice. I called James Grogan. He came right away, and he agreed to clean the gutters, check the caps, and give advice on any next steps. When doing the work, he saw they were not clogged, but he found the original installers many years ago and put a rock between the end of the gutters next to the house to prevent material from getting encased there.
