“I've worked with Pangro on both commercial and residential projects. When I met with the team I was given a realistic timeline and budget. The work was completed on schedule and if for some reason there was a delay it was communicated and resolved quickly. My commercial project was not simple but handled professionally and a lot of above and beyond the normal scope. Kept us on track. Other work performed some tricky work on heights but was handled professionally and safely. Site was left clean each day and work completed on time. Others had not even submitted their estimates before Pangro was completed. I'd strongly recommend them“

“Excellent work and customer service, we have a water damage in our home, at first the insurance don’t want to cover some Item but ECM got in touch with our insurance adjuster and start talking about the repairs and they agree to the report from ECM CARPENTRY.

“I had contacted Mr. Sateriale to build me a large picture frame. He worked with me on what the profile would look like and what type of wood and color finish I would like. The end result was a beautiful picture frame of hand made quality work. And shipping was very reasonable and fast. I had ask him to build me 1 more. And it was of the same quality.“

“Hired Elvis to rescreen our screened in balcony and two patio doors. Guys seemed to work hard but after they were paid $600. and left we noticed one panel ballooning - not tight enough and the two doors frames deformed from the metal screening they used. The doors cannot even close now. When we called Elvis he promised to send them back to fix the problems but after 3 times of not showing, I am writing this review. No ethics in this company. They do not stand by their work.“

“I worked direclty w/ Zahid (business owner) for purchasing cabinets for my kitchen. I already had a plan/layout in hand and had an itemized list of what was needed for the project.Pros:- It's hard to beat the price for the cabinets and countertop at the quality provided- Lead times can be extremely fast- If you call Zahid directly he responds any day of week and within an hour- His staff were friendly and frequently checked back to verify everything was okayCons:- Logistics and communication are a significant challenge. Each time a delivery or assembly was scheduled I was given 4 different times and then they'd show up at none of them. I was flexible w/ timing so it wasn't a big deal, but if I wasn't I could see this being a nuisance.- Organization needs improvement. At order placement/delivery I had multiple minor issues and it took several iterations to clear up. But with fast lead times, we corrected everything before it was an issue.- Cabinet assembly had some quality control issues where many screws were oversunk, cabinets not level, panels installed backward, etc. But after bringing these to Zahid's attention they were addressed.Overall I feel working w/ Zahid was a success, but I can see the sentiment of many of the other google reviews. The materials are a great price, but the service is mostly "you get what you pay for".“
