Responsiveness, Value My father and I were moving from Pennsylvania to Dover. We got the truck loaded up and we were ready to make the drive to Delaware when our help cancelled at the last minute. It was a horribly hot and humid day and I knew we couldn’t do it alone. I called at 12:30 PM in a panic. The gentleman on the phone was so polite and kind and reassured me that they could help. Upon arrival to Delaware, they team arrived shortly after we did, and worked it out! They unloaded everything and put it exactly where we asked them to. The young men were SO kind and well mannered! They worked hard and I really felt like they wanted us to be relaxed and happy. When we were ready to pay, it was half the price I was quoted! I can’t say enough about everyone involved in this process! We will be using them again without hesitation!
