When we needed to replace our electric stove, we were pleasantly surprised to find a gas line hook up behind the stove. We called Eashum and Son to come and inspect the line and make sure it was safe to use. They did the inspection the same day that I called. All was good to go and a few days later they installed the gas stove. We had to cancel the original installation date because the new stove hadn't arrived yet but as soon as it arrived I called the office and the office person was very helpful in getting our appointment sooner. Our toilet was leaking water into the flooring around the toilet base. I telephoned Eashum first thing on a Monday morning, and was pleased to get a repair window of 12-2 that day. The tech arrived well within the window, and quickly went to work, diagnosing the problem cause. He asked if I had seen water dripping into the crawlspace below the toilet. I advised him that I didn't think so. To completely examine the issue, he took the time and trouble to go into the crawlspace area (not a lot of fun, that), and discovered that when the toilet was flushed, the dripping began. I called this morning at 800am my air conditioning was not working by 10.30am it was working .Thankyou so much .I would give more stars .Eashum also put my new furnace in this past spring .Wonderful customer service .Thank you
