After dealing with the first company my home warranty sent out—Fixit, who left a lot to be desired—I requested a second opinion and was sent Big Red Services.
​Oh my, what a DIFFERENCE! The contrast in service, professionalism, and overall competence was night and day. Philip came out and pinpointed the actual cause of my ceiling fan breakdown. His knowledge and thoroughness gave me total confidence, and he truly went above and beyond. He’s a young guy, was prompt and went straight directly to my garbage disposal. He used a simple hand tool and fixed the problem. Now, my garbage disposal is working again!

Eugene arrived on time and spoke with me regarding replacing the AC unit outside the house. I had concerns about the blower motor running so often since the AC unit is broken. Eugene checked the motor and said it is running well.

Eugene was very professional and listened to my questions and concerns.

I am waiting for a call from Big Red on a quote for a new AC system.
