Just wanted to give props to the Fresh Coat of DE crew that did wallpaper removal, drywall and repainting of my condo in OC. There were some unexpected delays due to the discorvery of mold underneat the wallpaper. The repainting step had to be delayed and I had to hire a mold remediation company to take care of the mold issue. Dave from Fresh coat was great to work with and took care of reinsulating and drywall work that had to be added to the project scope due ot the mold. I was stressed that the project would not be completed on time for my first renter as the delay was about a week. Dave assured me that they would do whatever it took to get the job done in time for my first renter and they pulled it off. Thanks Dave and Fresh Coat. The bedroom and closet looks great.
