The hotel's service is commendable, with staff handling difficult situations professionally and providing good service. Guests have noted the super friendly and helpful staff, including Lori, who assisted with reservations, and Connor, who made early arrivals feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located for nearby activities, making it easy to walk around. However, there were some issues with towel availability, as the pool did not have any, and rooms were cleaned only once during a five-day stay when guests inquired. The rooms are spacious and clean, with recommendations for the boardwalk studios that provide direct access to the boardwalk. Breakfast is included, along with other entertainment and a pool. Some guests suggested installing more hooks in the room for suits and towels. The special events manager, Theresa Bell, is highly praised for her excellent communication and care for couples planning their weddings at the venue.
We had a good stay at Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Residence Inn. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk.
We did experience an A/C issue in our room and a brief power outage while riding the elevator that scared our children. However, the General Manager, Kevin, and his team were genuinely apologetic and worked with me to ensure I was fully satisfied with the compensation for the inconvenience we experienced during our stay. Their excellent customer service made all the difference, and we would gladly stay here again.

The food was delicious. A tad expensive but you are paying for the name.
