Jerome was very helpful, extremely informative and professional. The crew arrived on time & kept me updated about the products used. initially I booked for a general clean but after explaining my issues he informed me that it was a different package that I would need instead. He upgraded my clean at no charge and the whole experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend this company for all of your floor cleaning needs.
I couldn't be more pleased with Jerome and how polite and professional the entire experience was. I called several places for a move out carpet cleaners and Tristate rose to the top. I'd absolutely recommend them for any job in the future.
