We needed a serious cleaning for our basement carpet (since we haven't cleaned it since we bought our house) and our area rug (kid- frequented). First off, I was thoroughly surprised by the speed at which they worked; they were technically done in an hour and a half, if that long, including the basement steps. I think the owner was being modest when he said he couldn't get those "deep" stains all the way out because I barely notice any of those stains at all. They assured us they were using environmentally friendly cleaning solutions which gave piece of mind especially with my young boys. I was referred to Tri-State cleaners. I am so glad that I went with them. Can we talk about the professionalism! This company doesn't lack ANY. From start to finish they exceeded expectations. I am appreciate the responsiveness and timeliness of their service. Lastly, the finish product look like the carpet has beyond a makeover... this carpet went from something out of a scary movie to what looks like a brand new plush carpet. Keep up the GREAT work guys!! I will be sure to refer customers.
