Half of the decision to get sisterlocs is deciding which certified consultant is best to install them. Seeing the installs done at top notch were exactly that, “top notch.” It also made me more comfortable knowing that I went way back to my years of high school with their loctician which eased my mind of having her become my consultant. I can’t thank Vondrea enough for my beautiful install. I highly recommend her to any & everyone considering sisterlocs ♥️
