4.5 Stars! Have used them twice! Very satisfied with results.First time was in 2020, in 98 degree weather. This time was 2023. Each time got a truck and 3 men. Handled many flights of stairs like champs, navigating tight corners. Furniture was wrapped in blankets and Saran Wrap - no damage either time. Men were all professional and impressively strong. Two very difficult moves that we could never have done alone.2bd 2bath 3rd floor apartment to 2bd 2bath 2nd floor apartment over 100miles away on Memorial Day. Took 8hrs total. Overall very affordable and got a discount for being loyal customers, which was really nice and unexpected.Half star off just because of communication...read full review
