I have been a client and friend of Trish Landa for over 10 years now. I first started going to her because I have MS and needed to keep my strength up. One of the best things she has given me is the education on what it really takes to stay strong. I never get bored with the "same old same old". She works every muscle in a variety of ways, so if I go and do an activity that I haven't done in years, I'm up to the challenge and am never sore afterwards. Plus, she and Mike are always available for questions, such as, "Is lamb a low fat meat?" (Yes it is) Here I am, 52 and fighting a chronic disease, feeling better than I ever dreamed that I would.
