I really like this place but my issue is that they allow you to book appointments online but then when you show up they disregard your appointment and you are treated as a walk-in. Why bother offering appointments if you have to sit and wait so long? I hope they get better at managing this as when you say you have an appointment, they don’t care and just ignore you.
About Lux Nail Salon & Spa
Lux Nail Salon & Spa provides a welcoming atmosphere, accommodating clients with disabilities. Their staff is efficient and friendly, offering decent nail services, including dip powder. While the quality of work is good, some clients find the prices to be high compared to other salons. The salon may not provide extra amenities, such as hot towels or lotions, but is a good option for a quick nail refresh.
Reviews
Second time Mia has done my nails and both times I was satisfied with the end results! She used dip on my natural nails and didn’t damage them. Highly recommend.
One of the best pedicures I've had in a very long time. The technician took nearly an hour and did such an amazing job. My feet/toenails turned out exactly how I was hoping they would. Tools and supplies were clean, she was friendly and checked in with me periodically. Best part was that this was reasonably priced at $35. I can only imagine what their spa pedicure is like!
