Ricky is truly exceptional. Even though there’s a location closer to my home, I choose to drive farther just to continue receiving care from him. My primary concern was my foot, as I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and he has significantly improved my comfort and mobility. I’m now a loyal client for life. The manager, Ariel, is also outstanding—professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. This is by far the best location I’ve experienced.
This was my first visit to this location in Bear, The girl at the front desk was very polite, The Massage Therapist Demi was Awesome! I felt so happy and relaxed after her massage. I give it four stars because my appointment was 10:30, I arrived 15 mins early. My massage didn’t start till 10:45 and ended at 11:25. That’s not 55 mins like it’s supposed to be. Overall it was a pleasant experience!
I have been a member for years and this is my first review. This company is great and I always have a great experience when I go every year in June I do a girl's day with friends and treat them to a massage They accommodate us as best as they can and my friends are always impressed. I recommend Hand and stone membership as it is a great deal
