before I review this place I must say that CLEMEN IS AN ANGEL and she is the only reason I didn’t give this place one star!!I signed up for a membership months ago but had to cancel due to finances. I was told that upon canceling I had 90 days to use my services that were already paid for before they expire. I called and scheduled an appointment and on the day of my appointment they called and cancelled on me. I Then go on line to reschedule my appointment and they don’t have any appointments available until months later in March. Fast forward to today, I go into my appointment. I have been a member for years and this is my first review. This company is great and I always have a great experience when I go every year in June I do a girl's day with friends and treat them to a massage They accommodate us as best as they can and my friends are always impressed. I recommend Hand and stone membership as it is a great deal

I have mixed feelings about this place. My first massage was great the tech gave a deep tissue massage which I love. Every massage since ( and I have been a client for about a year) was meh! Too greasy and not any pressure at all.
