I purchased a Groupon and tried to schedule an appointment online or by phone numerous times but they were unsuccessful. The experience was so frustrating that I decided to stop trying. No one responded my online request. Weeks later, I called and left a voicemail but I did not get a response till one week later. The lady who picked up the phone was very confusing. I thought she was the receptionist but it seemed like she had no clue on the masseuse's schedule. We agreed on a time, she said she had to check with the masseuse and would call me back.
