Josh was very helpful and responsive. He came out the day I called and checked out the issue I was having. I had contacted other companies before, they didn’t go into the different options I had. Josh didn’t try to upsell me or push a sales agenda. He went in depth into my system and what the issue could be. Came up with a solution and got me on the schedule. Very professional and honest. So far, so good on the work that was completed. If I have any future issues, this company will be my go to.

I came home from vacation to a house that was warm because my air conditioner was not working properly. Having used Air Adviser services years ago, I immediately called Josh (owner) to let him know we had a problem. He recognized me and said that he could fit me in that afternoon between calls to look at what was going on. As promised, he arrived in the afternoon and immediately diagnosed the problem, rapidly fixed it with parts that he had in his van, and checked my coolant level at a very reasonable price. Josh is honest- enough said. He found my unit should still be under warranty from original installers and advised to call them before starting work..(it was.) He did not want to charge anything whereas the company that installed with the warranty has an automatic $99 coming out fee. Josh is worth his weight in gold when it comes to HVAC. Save the number and pass it along to everyone!
