It’s been over 11 months and I still do not have my son’s headstone. It’s been paid for in full. It would be 0 stars if I could. I’m devastated and angry.

I ordered a headstone for my son when he died in May 2022. It's been paid for in full. We've called and received no response. I am angry, hurt, and frankly devastated. I don't have the money to pay for another one.
