ZY Meridian Spa is a great pick for deep tissue massages in DC. It's clean, reasonably priced, close to the Metro (2 blocks from the 13th & U St side of U Street Metro station), and all of their massage therapists are skilled at deep tissue and Swedish massage. I started coming here to get relief from a lumbar disc issue and overall tightness from work and physical activity. Their therapists are attentive and mindful of injuries you may be nursing. I've only had good experiences here and highly recommend you check it out!

Very clean and pretty. I got the 1 hour foot massage and highly recommend. She will dig a knuckle into the sole of your foot. So be prepared for some pain. But my feet feel amazing!
