I want to dislike Dr. Amy because she makes me work to feel better and a good 98% of the time she's spot on. I can't dislike her because in a month's time I'm facing health issue in a realistic and pill-less way. Im addressing poor eating habits that have helped me drastically reduced inflammation. And I'm making healthy mental choices to intentionally protect my energy. If you are tired of the same results, you HAVE to do something different.
