They are fairly quick and customers report never having an item damaged, lost, or a stain failed. Some note the prices are high, but it is a reliable small business. Many have been going for years without a problem and highly recommend it.

Always a great experience at Wells - never had one item damaged, the customer service is always good, and staff are friendly. They’ve also fixed several zippers for me. Highly recommend!

Not sure why they get such bad reviews, been using them for 6 months and they've done a great job. They may be a little over priced but it's convenient and I am satisfied with my clothes after they get cleaned.

I'm pretty particular and happy to rate Wells with 5 stars. I've been using them weekly for 4-5 years for shirts, pants, and occasional bedding and outerwear. Have never been disappointed. They are always reliable and generous and I happily give them 5 stars. Highly recommend.
