Warby Parker Union Station is a bright, stylish shop with a wide selection of frames and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I stopped by just to browse, since I usually buy my glasses at Costco, whose return policy and hassle-free peace of mind is tough to beat. Still, Warby Parker’s approachable vibe and complimentary adjustments make window shopping enjoyable.
I brought my new progressives prescription here on 7/25/25 mid-morning. Two excellent opticians (wish I could remember their names) found me a nice frame. Then they measured very carefully and gave me instructions on how to adjust to the new lenses. The glasses arrived a week later and are great. This is my third attempt at progressives, finally a pair that works! Thank you so much for your help, care and attention. And for adjusting my other frames while I was there.
The two employees who were working were suuuuuuper sweet and helpful. They were able to help me find two new pairs of glasses quickly and easily while I was waiting for my train to come in. I really appreciate their help and opinions on frames for me!
