They were prepared to be flexible about the delivery day and time when I discovered the recipient might not be home when I expected them to be, and then they were very kind and communicative when it turned out I had given them an address that was off by one number. Our daughter loved the arrangement we sent to her. She sent us a picture of the arrangement and it was even more beautiful than the online representation. The arrangement was very artistic. We will order from them again.

Beautiful bouquet, although a bit disappointed it did not include the dog herself, only a picture (kidding). Good price for such a product, excellent communication and timely delivery by the provider. 10/10
