Bruce was very responsive to my laptop problem. Although He did not have time to fix it over the weekend, he responded immediately and helped with useful diagnostic questions and lead me to some resources to understand the issue. I would use him again.

Bruce was great from the very beginning! He was quick to respond to my inquiry. He tried to help me over the phone right away in case it was something simple. When it turned out to be more, he came to my house to diagnose the issue. When it was found to be more than he could fix quickly in-site, he took my laptop with him to repair. He kept me updated along the way and made me feel very comfortable.In our initial conversation he told me, "I respect your data and will make sure to keep it in tact", this was what solidified my decision to use him.
