I used to be so scared of getting my clothing tailored before I found U St Cleaners. Multiple dresses and pairs of pants later, I keep coming back for service! I honestly don't even care about the price because I know I can trust their work.
I'm not sure where to start my rant of all the GREAT things U Street Organic Cleaners offers. First, the owners OMG! They are literally the sweetest people on earth and make every interaction a positive experience. It is important to note that this is not my neighborhood dry cleaners. I bring my clothes across town because the service, quality of work and integrity of this establishment is impeccable.

U Street Cleaners was extremely accommodating with pick-up/delivery and very responsive to requests/inquiries by email. This will definitely be my go-to cleaners in DC. I'm very satisfied with the service and professionalism. I should also add that I attempted to offer a tip to the nice man who came to pick up my clothes and he was adamant that he would not accept the tip. This left such a great impression on me (honest, hardworking people) and I feel very fortunate to have found U Street Cleaners.
