I'm not sure where to start my rant of all the GREAT things U Street Organic Cleaners offers. First, the owners OMG! They are literally the sweetest people on earth and make every interaction a positive experience. It is important to note that this is not my neighborhood dry cleaners. U Street Cleaners was extremely accommodating with pick-up/delivery and very responsive to requests/inquiries by email. This will definitely be my go-to cleaners in DC. I'm very satisfied with the service and professionalism. I should also add that I attempted to offer a tip to the nice man who came to pick up my clothes and he was adamant that he would not accept the tip. This left such a great impression on me (honest, hardworking people) and I feel very fortunate to have found U Street Cleaners.
